Thank you for exploring Out of the Gallery. Because our storefront specializes in curated surplus editions, design archives, and individual items, our inventory operates differently than a traditional retail space. Please review our policy regarding purchases, condition, and transit below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Every piece available at Out of the Gallery is sold strictly as-is and is a final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because we maintain a single-stock inventory model (only one print available per item), we cannot offer replacements or exchanges for alternative sizes or designs.
2. Condition & Transparency
We believe in absolute transparency and take great care to inspect every piece before it leaves our hands.

Any notable characteristics, visible flaws, or structural nuances are explicitly documented and disclosed within the item’s description and accompanying photographs.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product descriptions, dimensions, and condition details carefully.
3. Damages During Local Delivery or Transit
While our items are non-returnable due to change of mind, we want to ensure your art arrives safely. Our local delivery options utilize a dedicated fragile-art handling process to protect your frames and prints during transit.

Inspection upon arrival: Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery.

Reporting transit issues: In the highly unlikely event that your piece is structurally compromised or severely damaged during the delivery process, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at
terry@pisosllc.comwith your order number and clear photographs of the transit damage. -
Damages reported outside of this 48-hour window will not be eligible for review.
