Shipping policy

At Out of the Gallery, we specialize in delivering individual, fragile wall art with the utmost care. Because our prints and frames require delicate handling, we manage our logistics through a combination of dedicated local courier routes and standard regional carriers.

Our fulfillment operations are based out of Brownsburg, Indiana, and we determine delivery options at checkout based on your distance from our studio location.

1. Local & Regional Art Courier Delivery (Within 75 Miles)

For our clients within a 75-mile radius of Brownsburg, we offer specialized hand-delivery to ensure your artwork arrives safely without the risk of standard transit damage. We break this down into three zones:

  • Zone 1: Hyper-Local Delivery (0–6 Miles)

    • Rate: $5.00 (Free on orders over $100.00)

    • Timeline: Delivered straight to your porch or doorstep within 2–3 business days. You will receive a text notification when your artwork is en route.

  • Zone 2: Regional Art Courier (6–35 Miles)

    • Rate: $25.00

    • Timeline: Hand-delivered with care by a dedicated vehicle. To minimize our carbon footprint and keep rates accessible, we batch these deliveries weekly. We will reach out to you via text or email after checkout to coordinate a convenient drop-off day.

  • Zone 3: Extended Footprint Delivery (35–75 Miles)

    • Rate: $65.00 (Requires a minimum order value of $50.00)

    • Timeline: Dedicated long-distance courier transit for fragile or oversized items. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for scheduling and delivery coordination.

2. Free Local Pickup

Want to skip the delivery fee entirely? We love meeting our neighbors!

  • Cost: Free ($0.00)

  • How it works: When available, you will select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with coordinates and instructions for a safe, contactless pickup at our Brownsburg location.

3. Standard Shipping (Outside the 75-Mile Radius)

If your delivery address falls outside our 75-mile local courier radius, and we are enabling your shipping zone, your order will be carefully packed, double-boxed, and shipped via standard carrier (UPS or FedEx Ground).

  • Shipping rates for these locations are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the artwork.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you the moment your piece leaves our studio.

4. Important Delivery Notes

  • Sold As-Is: Please remember that all items are final sale and sold as-is. We highly encourage you to inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery or pickup.

  • Delivery Boundaries: Shopify automatically calculates straight-line distances from our central location in Brownsburg. If you believe your address has been zoned incorrectly at checkout, please contact us before completing your order.
